sound issue

While i connect my bluetooth earphones i always face an issue where the earphones are connected, but i can't listen any kind of media audio thorough my bluetooth earphones. Only call audio is works in this condition. Please provide a solution for this with update.

yes..its works fine on other phones.
and to add some more details, i have noticed that such error occurs after reciving a phone call.
