I have bought phone on 28th June 2020 and after security update , I am getting sound problem 🥺 , it's brand new phone and it's giving problems from now so far I have bought only samsung phones since last 10 years and now samsung is breaking that trust . with this phone problem is so severe that I have to take phone to ear to listen what's playing and even ringtone is very low

Should I wait to for next update to fix this or there is way to fix

Or should I return this phone and buy other company phone

Same issue I am facing. when my daughter came on the phone especially when calling in loudspeaker person who is on another end can not hear their voice.

I visited the customer for this issue but they have not a proper solution as they have done only software update and I am still facing the same issue.
