Dear when i update Samsung m31 software on dt:-03/04/21. when updating after half optimizing my mobile switch off & stuck on Samsung M31 display. i went to Samsung Care center nearby my location at rajpura, distt Patiala, Punjab. Care center employee after trying 1 & half hr. for re-installing software on my mobile he said that the problem is in your Motherboard also clear my data. Before the software updation my phone is working well as well as good. plz solve the issue.. & recover my data also.
Updating is always risky. Last year my redmi note 7s screen went blank after updating to security update. I had to get the motherboard replaced under warranty.
