if you have pc or laptop, you can use smart switch software to update

download the app in phone and the software in laptop/pc and connect it through data cable(make sure the data cable is properly connected and no problem, disconnection or shakiness happens and also make sure the internet connection is stable, don't use the internet of the device being updated, use some other phone or wifi for internet) and follow the below guide

Take backup of your data. Do factory reset. And then try to update.
