sim card tray is stucked

I bought Samsung m21 from samsung shop(e-store) so yesterday it was delivered at my home everything is okay but i can't open sim card tray as it is stucked very tightly! What to do now?  Help!!!

only one option and better option is visit service centre bro ,you can't get help remotely

or if not possible to visit then try to get help from near by mobile repairing shops, and if not urgently needed make a request for return

you have to use sim ejector tool and push inside a small hole beside sim tray incase if you don't know. hope it helps. you will have to apply little bit of force
