Have you verified the same with some other device? Insert your Sim in a spare device if you have any. Check whether the issue persists.

may be you live too near to the tower.. I am also facing the same the network reception of this phone is very less compared to other phones

No, I don't live nearby a tower😐 And I have good network reception in both of my sim, can't be a coincidence that I have two towers in my neighbourhood.
