Why secure folder option not available in M40 device( android pie)

it is of 6gb and 8gb ram variant at 6000mah battery and dosen't have low budget mobile features and also it has Samsung Exynos 9 Processor

see frankly speaking..mid range device has not a option for secure folder and flagship don't have option for s secure...it's normal phenomena by Samsung
