My phone is M20. suddenly from past two days, my phone is not getting charged properly. So I have formatted my phone.still thr issue is same but additionally had many other issues.
1. Phone is gettting charged only Sometimes as cable charging (not fast charging). Checked with other charger and cables its not cable issue.
2. Auto lock screen is not working. Ohine is not getting locked automatically.
3. If I lock my phone with power button, lock screen is continuousl glowinh all the time(Lock screen stories are off).
4. Some time usb connected and disconnected alerts are blink automatically but I don't use usb cable...
Pls Fix this issue...
It drains my battery level too

Be rest assured by following the below troubleshooting steps your issue will be resolved:-

1). We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.
2). Check physical condition of USB cable, if any tear or bent please replace it with the new genuine one.
3). Check device in safe mode :-
Steps to enter into Safe Mode:- Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > hold power off icon.
Exit safe Mode:- Restart device.
Note:- If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.

4). Update software(If available):- Settings > Software update > Download and install > Install now.

5). Reset the device :- Setting > General Management > Reset settings.
Note :- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application.

everyone has this problem even i have the same issue with my m30, samsung has launched a product with a serious hardware bug and we all are the foolsnto buy this samsung piece of *shi|-
