samsung m31s hangs once unlocked

Everytime I unlock the mobile and if any application was opened already and it appearson screen. It hangs and doesn't need to try hard to go to home screen and than close all the application and open it again.

Do help on this issue.

Tried cache wiping , safe mode etc. But nothing helps.

It hangs with any type of app uses like downloaded, in-build even hang when i am not using it. I was having problem in July then solved after some update but now after September update its worst hanging like you use and can see hanging anytime in 10min max

I can't see any solution apart from disabling animation which failed for me.

i checked but can find latest comment of you "checked i replied to your post"

I have done the resolution provided but doesn't help.
also I have been to Samsung service center and the phone software has been updated. But there's no change.
