samsung m30s otg not working

After latest update In m30s the otg is not working.

I have also re flashed the software from service center but then also issue not solved.

Service center told me that charging port will be replaced.

But i refused because the issue is after latest update and it is a software issue then why to change hardware.

Please solve this issue
