samsung m30s keeps on restarting

I used this for ~7 months and it was working properly. now since yesterday, it is continuously restarting when I open the game or simply use it. I'm fed up with this problem. I tried factory reset but it didn't work. please provide me some solution for this problem.

they had gave an improper update on m30s they may solve in 20 days I think so

did you download any apps or games?

go to safemode and check if there is no such issue,then problem with your recently downloaded app

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work

yes I do play pubg and it was working great but for 2-4 days my phone started restarting when I play pubg or other apps n games

if in safemode same problem persist then something went wrong
so after restart open members app i think there will be an error report auto generated, and one option is to send, but before send take screen shot and then send it after that the screen shot send separately by using get help section

and you can do one thing just for trail uninstall it and again install
