samsung m21 bugs/issues

I'm using Samsung m21 device. It's hardly been 2 months and there are lots of bugs in my device. 

1. Camera app lags a lot while loading, several times it generates just black image after image processing.
2. Does not connect to my MSI laptop via Bluetooth. 
3. Touch becomes unresponsive sometimes. Gesture navigation bar doesn't work. 
4. Wifi automatically gets disconnected, '
WiFi keeps disconnecting' message pops up in the notification bar. 

I went to service center too for these problems and they did updated the software too. But yet these problems persists.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Clear camera application data.
Settings >Apps >Camera >Storage >Clear Data.

 

* Reset app preferences.
Settings > Apps > More option or on three dots at the top right corner of the screen > Reset App Preferences.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
