samsung keyboard

I have bought Samsung's M21 just 4 days ago and the keyboard starts get hanged while typing messages on WhatsApp the issue is so serious that I might have to restart it or just clear WhatsApp from background....Please help

Reset your phone.This problem may raised due to over use of ram.First reset phone and then on wards kill the app after use.

dear KT333 I think problem is samsung keyboard not with device I have checked out that other apps in background (if they are) works fine and also device functions smoothly during the occurrence of problem of keyboard simultaneously
