iam using galaxy M30s ,while using suddenly app crashed and turned off then restarts automatically and stuck on boot logo then after that day it's completely turned off no charging symbol shown when connecting to charger and shows only black screen. force restart won't working now.any fix
I too faced similar issue , after restarting quickly turn on medium power saving mode before device freezes again and restarts, this is a temporary solution please contact samsung and send them log files I to did the same
