it's not a proper solution. the proper solution is only Flash handset with current rom in service centre.
My all issues related m30 has gone after Full flash handset via pc through samsung care centre.

it's not solved application drawers lag and call receive lag after some day you will se the all previous problem exists.
I always reset my phone after upgradation but its make a joy for some day
