I bought M31 on may ²nd week.while 1st time handset is turned on.i have touch issues after some time issue resolved itself.present day this is 3rd month my handset stopped responding touch.this time I contacted #samsung service team.they raised ticket and took full set of mobile which includes box,ejector pin,charger and data cable.i don't get any reply from them.its been 1 week they took and I'm waiting for update.im checking my ticket status in samsung website also.
I shared my experience as it may help someone.any suggestions are heartfully accepted.

Note:samsung guys themselves stateing M series is flop series it is having display problems..

send feedback to samsung via member app and alos send mail to Samsung
