that's theb issue with your wifi service. check if it is working with other devices.

that's not wifi problem.. same connection issue always persists

Even I have an M31. It does connect with any wifi easily. Have you checked whether other devices connect with your wifi?
Pls note this also happens when your router has device limit. My previous router had device limit and I had disconnect WiFi on other devices and then connect..
My router was dual band and could take only 4 devices at a time. If I wanted to connect the 5th, I had to disconnect any one of the four.
