restart issue

While device is in medium power saving mode the device restart automatically and when it start the device is stuck at samsung logo

no ...problem will happened sometimes if someone update it through mobile data

check whether you have enabled restart function option in settings, if enabled please disable it first

i am also facing this problem in my m20.... I did everything but no result. And positive support from Samsung. I send error report but no response yet...

> Please ensure that auto restart option is turned off (Step: Settings >Device Care >More> Auto restart

Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

> Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting)

> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue

> Check the availability of software update
