reports for bug in my galaxy M10

After this update lots of bug are raised,such as battery drains,2 times my phone automatically switched off,camera quality becomes little poor..please fixed it..i know Samsung updates are bug gully,but improve this kind issues..

Those are not bugs, they are tactics yo make user buy new phone. Better sell this **bleep** and buy some good phone from other brands.

I am here because I am using a 10K Samsung smartphone
I am here because I have been using Samsung phones from past 8 years
I am here because after Nokia's fall I shifted to Samsung and became a loyal customer
I am here because my expectations with Samsung are degrading day by day and I don't want Samsung to loose the entire smartphone market in India
Are these reasons enough or do you want more?

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

For battery drainage issue follow the given link: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/skp/faq/1101689

For camera quality issue: 

1. Check the Picture size in camera settings and set aspect ratio.

2. Turn on/off the Auto Flash.

3. Reset camera settings (Open camera app > Camera settings > reset settings).

For further mentioned issue, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
