"SMART" icon in the Samsung call log

Would like to know functionality of the "SMART" icon that could be seen in the call log. Does it help for some kind of Spam protection?

it helps to block the spam calls and fraud calls

The Smart Call function lets you know who's calling even when the number isn't on your contact list. When it's spam, you can easily block the call, and then take action by reporting it.
