My M31 proximity sensor does not work. I have a few apps that increase the counter when our body (face or hand) goes closer to the screen. None of the apps work in M31. I have the following points:
1. I removed the tampered glass and tried.
2. Upgraded to the factory settings at customer care.
but it is still not working.
3. Tried at three non-samsung mobiles. It works perfectly.
4. I tried with three Samsung mobiles. It does not work.
What is so special about samsung that the non-samsung apps do not work in Samsung while they work without any problems in other mobiles?
I read several other problems with the proximity sensor. Unfortunately samsung does not bother the customer. No good response when I talk to them or when I wrote in twillter.
I am sure that samsung is aware that so many companies have almost closed their shops mainly due the customer dissatisfaction.
