play store Updates

I was trying to update the Google chrome and Android System web view from the play store. However, both apps are in pending updates.. Kindly advice.

Try uninstalling updates of play store, and then let me know the results.

I did it but still it is not updating

Tap On Update All Apps on Top, After that Cancel that App one by one which you don't want to Update.

Do you opted for Wifi Auto-update?
if yes then you need to change network preferences to Over any network
Play store > Setting > Auto Update Apps > Over any network.
