phone restarts automatically at 12.00 night

Hello my phone samsung galaxy m30s restarts automatically at 12:00 at night.....is there any suggestion why it is happening. Thanks

maybe you have switched on automatic refresh
check settings then decice care

you can turn off the auto restart function on phone by going to device care.it will solve your issue

Go to device care and turn off auto restart..

settings>device care>click 3 dots available at the top right corner>here select auto restart option and check all settings.

if you activated the auto restart option then no problem you can off that option as so many people advised but if not then its a big problem, if your phone auto generated error report then its a problem I also faced same problem see my attached pic

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Settings > device care > tap on 3 dots > auto restart > if enable kindly disable it.

If issue still exists also perform the below-mentioned steps:

1- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

2- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
