phone became irresponsive

I got my Galaxy M31 phone on 7th March and today it became irresponsive for almost 15 minutes.  Only SAMSUNG was getting displayed on the screen.  No response from fingerprint reader.  It even refused to respond  to power button.  I pressed power button and volume down button for long and then it got restarted.  It seems there is some bug.

Same problem I faced. I rebooted the set. It is now normal.

it happened again yesterday. I will report it to Samsung as I don't want to go for setting up a new phone.
