Recently my screen failure so Samsung care replace mobile screen under warranty but within 3 days it's automatically cracked . I think they replace screen with low quality screen. Its really disgusting step from the company. I was loyal with Samsung product from last 15 years but now I really not suggest anyone to buy Samsung mobile

Go to service center and tell if this kind of issue come after replace also send feeback to samsung via member app

I went there but they told damage is not covered in warranty
