Why my M21 doesn't support otg???

How can I fix it

Check OTG Settings

In many devices, there comes an “OTG setting” that needs to be enabled to connect the phone with external USB appliances. Usually, when you try to connect an OTG, you get an alert “Enable OTG”. 

This is when you need to turn the OTG option ON. To do this, navigate through Settings > Connected devices > OTG. Here, click on the On/Off toggle to activate it.

There's no setting to activate deactivate regards OTG in Samsung hence it is a basic feature for every Samsung mobile.

I'm suggesting to you to do these things.
1. Check pen drive from a PC. make it to the FAT32 file system.
2. Check the OTG cable with another mobile.

If both the above steps are working then there have a problem with your device.

Next, I want to know did you try OTG, before updating to Android 11 or is this started to happen after the Android 11 update? If it is started to happen after the Android 11 update then it can be a software bug. Try settings reset and factory reset.

If the above two methods not working contact the nearest customer service centre or maybe the next update will fix the bug (not sure).

Then it can be a software bug. I'm recommending you to go with settings reset and factory reset.

If those 2 doesn't work, then report it as a bug and contact the nearest customer service centre. Sometimes next update will fix the bug. But I cannot be sure about it.

Currently, M21 having 2 types of bugs after updating to Android 11. SD Card not showing & Notification issue.
