notification sound

the notifications sound doesn't work regularly, some times it work and some times not.. unless I open the app. I find too many messages came suddenly.

how can I get the notification sound second by second?

Try reverting to bi factory settings. (Settings > general management > reset > reset all settings)

If the power saving mode is on or the application you are logged into is in sleep-deep sleep mode, because the app is restricted from running in the background the notification may come late or not at all. Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Background usage limits Check sleep mode apps and turn off power saving and check. If the problem persists, I suggest you have it checked with Samsung remote support.
