no privacy.messages showing in call history even deleted

Hi l have samaung galaxy M31. On call history the text messages are also showing even these are deleted in SMS. HOW TO AVOID THESE MESSAGES TO SHOW IN CALL HISTORY

This against privacy of mobile users.

Tap on 3dots, then disable show message.

only delete calls from history option there. disable option not there on 03 dots in call history page for the same contact

Yes It is really serious. I have the same problem. History of deleted messages is not removing at all
