no fast charging after q update

Before android 10 update, fast charging worked fine. Now when I connect charger, it shows only cable charging, but not fast charging although the option is enabled in the setting. What can I do?

you should tale your phone to service center. they'll reflash the software

click to device care & click battery , click 3 dot setting scroll down check fast cable charging feature.
