After updating new patch, I am not able to use #samsungalaxy30s. Most of app is not working properly, apps are closing automatically and major problems which I am facing is related to calling. 
Please suggest me any solution.

Goto the apps section and find Android system webview and uninstall it's updates and then clear the recent apps and then restart the device

see that top right 3 dot menu tap it you will get that

do these
1. Google, Gmail, Google Drive, Chrome uninstall recent updates by clicking 3 dits on the top right corner, clear cache and data
2. Android web view in apps, uninstall recent updates
3. Restart your phone and go to playstore and update all.

Your phone will work fine
