new issue noted after one ui 3.0 in Galaxy-M31 prime

I am not able to clear few applications like  Gmail and Facebook from background and RAM. This problem noticed only after recent software update one ui 3.0 in my galaxy m31 prime mobile. Please help me to sortout this problem..thanks in advance.

tap on the lock on the top right corner
you might have locked it in background
please accept it as solution if it helped

Yeah this is locked and u can easily unlock it

after unlocking it's cleared from background but now application is not getting locked....!! I feel every new solution comes with a new set of problems....!!! thanks for your timely help.

That's just a simple lock to lock your frequently used apps and nothing else..if you want try s secure from galaxy store

I am using it, but it will be better if it doesn't show the lock mark on the concern app locked.... thanks for your support and well appreciated 👍😊
