F62 had full One UI when it launched. That made M31s and M51 users disappointed. So Samsung might be preparing to give full One UI to M31s and M51. That's why we are getting it late compared to other devices I guess...

Bro M31s in other countries don't have Knox. Indian version does. So they aren't the same...

They have knox , it's just disabled by software. So yes all are same. Because some function are country dependant. Knox also disabled for the people who buys through Samsung Finance
