I have change my samsung galaxy A7 2018 by samsung galaxy M51 but there heavy issue in network on M51 every time I face network issue network shows but no call no massages sent and received  what I do any suggestion plz

go to nearest service centre and check your mobile

reset your network
if didn't get better result
reset your phone
and again you didn't solve your network problem then go to service centre

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and to resolve network issue please follow below given steps:-


1. Check network operators and select automatically (Settings> Connections> Mobile Network>Network operator> select automatically > Tap on OK > Registered on network).


2. Reset the device: settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

i m too facing internet problem..even my Oppo and Vivo phones r much better...how to resolve..all the above measires r tried..no help..worst experience

I am saved today, as tom morning was going to buy this phone. it has been 2 days been reading so many problems on this phone, and now this network issue. man I thank my stars. Well shall await for a good A series phone in the future or shall go for a high end or an apple this time.

I am also facing the network issue, I myself using airtel 4g sim in samsung m51, no proper signal in my phone..

but my wife is using another phone with same airtel 4g connection, but she is happy with network speed...but for me its so much big issue...

network searching capability is not good, when I am on move it becomes worst...

I am scared of this...I purchased last week this phone...bye trusting samsu g brand...I should have choose some other brand.

I am technically good person and I tried everything...

but mobile reset takes time, samsung should have improve their services..

now I am using wifi calling more at my home as I don't have time to go for service center and waste time..

I will try to return the same if possible
