no bro both sim card supports VoLTE on Galaxy M31. Don't be traumatized, just call customer care of your carrier card and they'll solve in 24hr

mine is showing i fixed it by issuing Vodafone Customer Service they added Samsung Galaxy M31 into VoLTE list
