Message center number is predefined thing by your network provider.

Open message app>click at 3 dots>select settings>now click on more settings>here select text message>now set message center number

If you don't know the correct MCN, be sure to ask your carrier about it.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Open message app > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > Settings > More setting >Text message > Message center > Remove the number > Rewrite the correct message center number >Save.

Note: Contact to the network service provider to know the message center number.

2. Check from other SIM cards.

3. Settings >> general management >> reset >> reset settings.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

Regards,
