Galaxy MI hope you are fine and doing good.
the issue you are talking about, same I faced few months ago on my s10+. after suffering a week I opened fb messenger then I noticed that someone added me to a group and multiple messages are being sent in the the group, and just because of these messages my phone was vibrating. after quiting that my problem got resolved. so I'll suggest you to check for the same and one more thing clear browser data may be some websites sending notifications with vibration only.
these are just suggestions according to my experience and knowledge.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-
> Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting)
> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
> Check the availability of software update.
