why galaxy m40 model phones can,t get update or security patch in every month?where samsung every months release securty patch in other models...why why why?

Samsung does not release security patch for any device every month except recently launched flagship devices they mainly go for quarterly OS updates, as M40 is scheduled to receive oneUI2 on March next year, team must be busy customizing OS for M40, we not gonna get any update soon.
