Using first Samsung mobile samsung galaxy m31. I'm not able to connect my phone to my honda jazz car via bluetooth. Car always  detects the phone but is not able to connect most of the time. Phone doesn't detect the car system all together.  Sometimes ablet on connect after phone restart but always. Never had this problem with any of my previous phones or with other phone in family. By the way phone is able to connect to other devices ie laptop  and bluetooth headphones.

Make sure the car is made visible to other devices. If that's not the case, try connecting the device via USB cord. Once Android Auto configures, it may improve the connectivity
