m30s update?

When will Samsung provide an update to m30s?

Last security patch update was 1 November 2020 which had lot of bugs resulting in automatically freeze and restart issue.

When will these all issues get fixed?

I'm really waiting for the update. I hope this solve this issue I'm fed up of the number of times the phone restarts.

that isn't a software issue, or atleast something created by the nov patch. because my mother's phone luckily dosen't behave like this

I've done this multiple times but this isn't solving my issue.....
Issue is persisting even after running the phone in safe mode.....Do suggest alternative for solving this issue. literally fed up of this
