m30s primevideos hd playback issue

What the hell is wrong with samsung have they lost  how to maintain a specific model or are way to busy to print to look on other model and just straight up ignoring m30s and just think that we are not that improtant. GET YOUR ACT STRAIGHT SAMSUNG AND ATOP IT WITH ALL THIS BS
