m30s# charging issue

Hello team, 

#M30S model

Initially for the first few months full charging was very fast. Now for every 2 hrs of charging it is just filling only 20% of battery . I am using the same charger which was provided in box.

Anyone facing the same issue?samsung gave any fix ?

no.. It should charge more than 70% in 2 hours..

yes initially it was very fast..

even I guess its happening for other customers too.. I see some similar posts from others

are you using phone while charging,? charging speed reduced rustically when you are using your device during charging

yes ,it happens same with me .it took 6 to 7 hours for full charging.i think we should wait for next update ,so that bug will be fixed.
