We at Samsung understand your concern. Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to improve the performance of the device, avoid these conditions while recording video in Auto mode:
1. When another object is moving near the subject in the motion detection area.
2. When recording under flickering light, such as a fluorescent light
If the issue still persists, register your concern in Samsung Members Application in order to assist you better. (Samsung Members App> Get help> Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
