Samsung should remove 3G only option as it is of no Use & instead put 4G only option.

3G only is available due to Airtel and Vodafone- Idea often Switches to 3g during call in some areas.

Also, airtel doesn't use 4g only option in other brands too. As I checked in vivo & oppo. So its carrier thing not Samsung. Though we use force lte band will always change only thing is we can see 4g all the time.

If you have airtel then you don't get it by default. But you can enable it via service mode. Or download force lte app from playstore.
