I've two m21 4gb and 6gb ram varient, in 4gb ram varient im facing slow charging issue. Even fast charge is enabled and the power taken by charging is no more than 600ma.
The same charger used in 6gb ram varient didn't have any issue it's charging blazing fast.
Kindly look into the issue. Samsung its enough is enough.
One more issue the phone which have slow charging issue they can't hard reboot when you press volume down + power button for 7-10 seconds.
Please be assured and to resolve "charging" issue kindly follow the given below steps:
1. Safe mode:-Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. Note :-To exit safe mode restart the device .
2. Check charger functionality:-Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.
If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report) along with Screen-shots(time taken to charge). This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern. Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
