Touch doesn't respond sometimes plz solve this problem....

turn on touch sensitivity of it is not turned on. if problem not solved. go to Samsung service centre check that there is any display problem.

same problem with me, been facing it for so long, the touch just gets stuck and doesn't responds until i lock and unlock my phone

Please follow below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:

• Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Touch).
• Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
• Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).
• Check the latest software update (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
