Please follow below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:
- Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Touch).
- Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
- Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).
- Check the latest software update (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
