issues on A50 sumsung phone

Hi All, I'm facing issue on sumsung A50 phone regarding screen flicking issues and automatically lock , please can you advise

dont panic...have the backup of important files..go the service centre and have the latest software update...backup bu Samsung smart switch

yesterday I updated. but not fixed that problem. So that starting with when calling or browsing in 2G signal.

if its within warranty ...kindly ask the service boys about the reason behind it....they will surely provide you with some helpful way
