Hey guys,

I m facing an issue in my M30s.

When I restarted my device at 40% after getting on the battery was 24%.

And while charging when I charged from 8% it directly moved from 13% to 19%.

Can anyone suggest what should I do.??

And anyone is facing this kind of issue bcoz after october latest update I m getting this issue.

Please drain the battery to zero switch off mobile and charge to 100%.

Bro I don't know how to solve this issue. But I can definitely give you some tips that I myself follow for prolonging the battery life —

• Try to keep the battery charged between 60% to 85%
• Do not charge it over 85% because after 85%, the voltage increases and the battery starts to heat up. After some charge cycles, this can cause the battery to lose its charge capacity
• Old batteries needed 0% to 100% charge cycles for calibration and increasing their life. But now the modern batteries do not require that. In fact, this will harm the battery life. However, you can do it once a month or once every 2 months to calibrate the battery.
• It's a good habit to restart your phone every few days.
