My Samsung Galaxy M30 from past week does not charge more than 84% and once it reaches there,  it decreases instead. Anyone facing this issue?

this problem solved by discharging your phone until it switch off then put it on charging without switching on until it get 100% charge,after full charge turn on your device,i am also using m20 same problem came to me now it fixed by doing this.

mine not solved that's why I posted the bug report to samsung they said It might get solved in next update

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check connectivity
Please check whether the charger cable and adapter is fixed well. Remove charging cable and reconnect with mobile phone properly.

 

2. Charge the device
Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
