issue while answering call in Galaxy M31

Hi, I'm using Galaxy m31 from past 3 months. Today I m facing a strange problem which has made me to be very difficult situation. When the caller calls me, caller is not able to hear my voice. 

I have tried fixing it by 

1 restarting my phone 

2 checking Mike,its fine as when I make an outgoing call, caller can  hear me 

3 changing sim slot 

4 putting my sim different phone and it worked well. 

Folks if you have idea to overcome this issue, please help.. thanks for suggestion.

I suggest brother one time visit service center defently slove your problem

Try turning on WiFi calling and then check whether the same is happening.

Its not the software problem you need to replace the microphone speaker which is placed top of you're phone nearby selfie camera

I am also facing the same issue... I am able to pick call if I am using some other app but not while phone is not in use.
