internet issue

I am using both jio & Idea(Vi) as dual sims in my Samsung Galaxy m30. Jio net is not working when VI Sim is on. If I turn off vi sim then it is working fine. I had contacted both network providers,  they are saying issue with device.  Please help

it should work because i also use the same with same device

go to settings > connections>mobilenetworks>network mode
set both to lte / 3g / 2g auto connect

and note please if you are in a call then you couldn't use the another sim for using the internet
